Common Violations

Many residents want to know the most common items our management company, BCM Services, looks for when performing an onsite property inspection throughout our community.  Listed below are some of the most common items  that will result in a violation letter, which will be issued to the homeowner. 

 

  • Trash and recycle containers– when stored must be out of view from the street.
  • Trash and recycle containers may be taken to the end of the driveway the evening prior to the pickup day and removed by the end of the pickup day. Do not put trash cans, recycle bins, yard debris, etc. in the street.
  • Numerous weeds in the yard or shrub beds and also within cracks and crevices on driveways and curbs.
  • Yard not cut or maintained.
  • Driveway, sidewalk, etc. not trimmed or edged.
  • Boats, trailers, RVs, etc. continuously left in driveway
  • Parking in the street overnight. All vehicles should be garaged or in the driveway.
