The ARB (Architectural Review Board) is responsible for reviewing requests from property owners who wish to make changes to the exterior of their property. Before beginning any changes to the exterior of your home or property, an ARB request must be submitted for approval. At present the Architectural Review Board consists of Board members and Mr. Michael Coleman from BCM Services. The fee for submitting an ARB request is $150.00 but is currently being waived and is subject to change.
All requests to the Architectural Review Board must be submitted in writing using the below form and be accompanied by detailed plans/designs with specifications and a copy of your lot survey. This would include copies of the paint chips for any color change requests. Each request must be addressed to The Colony at Greenbriar Homeowners Association and submitted to BCM Services. Requests may be mailed, emailed, or faxed using the BCM Services contact information provided on the form. All requests will be logged in by BCM Services and a disposition on the request will be issued within 30 days.
